Wayne Everett and Eric Campuzano (former members of The Prayer Chain and Starflyer 59, and original members of Cush) anchor this 1996 indie release by Velvet Blue Music on Gene Eugene's ill-fated Brainstorm Artists International. True Tunes said of it, 'a tightly wound mixture of low-fi indie noise with just enough emlody-consciousness to keep the songs accessible.' They favor Sonic Youth-style background noise, often allowing the feedback to overwhelm the melodies and everything else. The songs are as dreamy as they are noisy, with lots of stylistic diversity. Lyrically the songs tend to evoke poetic images and romantic ideals. This is for former Prayer Chain and Starflyer 59 fans who also appreciate Cush. Songs include: I Can Be Her Man,' 'I'm Stealin' To Be Your One In A Million,' 'Laid With Cool,' 'Walking Spinning Backing Free' and 'Save Yourself and Watch You Win.'
